Production method : each component is dissolved in water, the pH is adjusted to 2 to 2.5, and the volume is adjusted to 1 L to obtain the product.

Note : The mass ratio of each component of the product (g) is: nickel salt 10 ~ 400, phosphorous acid 10 ~ 100, boric acid 10 ~ 50, organic carboxylic acid or its salts 10 ~ 100, unsaturated hydrocarbon hydroxyl The carboxylic acid was 5-8, and water was added to 1 L.

The nickel salt is nickel sulfamate or nickel sulfate.

The hydroxycarboxylic acid of the unsaturated hydrocarbon consists of one or both of methylol methacrylate or hydroxyethyl acrylate.

The organic carboxylic acid is tartaric acid, succinic acid or oxalic acid; the salt is sodium potassium tartrate.

The working temperature of the electroplated nickel solution is 60 to 65 °C.

The pH of the electroplated nickel solution is from 2 to 2.5. pH is too high, phosphorus is not easy to deposit, and too low pH leads to poor dispersion.
